The core of our Inclusion & Diversity strategy is to create an inclusive culture that enables all our people to bring their authentic self to work and contribute their best.

Inclusion and Diversity

We believe:

  • Diverse teams with a strong sense of purpose and belonging will enable us to deliver on our Purpose.

  • We should strive to reflect the communities in which we operate.

Meet our Regional Inclusion and Diversity Forums

Our I&D Forums are made up of employees across business areas, offices, geographies and levels. As a group, our Forums represent the voice of their regions and contribute to making IFM an inclusive place to work through action which reflects the experiences of our employees.

Our people know our culture best. Our I&D Forums also act as an advisory group to leadership and other stakeholders on how we can support our global workforce to bring their authentic selves to work every day.
