Evolving portfolios for the new paradigm: the case for private infrastructure

In this paper, we discuss prominent themes impacting the longer-term investment outlook, and we highlight strategies that investors may consider to navigate an increasingly complex forward view. Applying a sophisticated ensemble asset allocation model, we assert that an evolved style of portfolio construction, to include both private infrastructure equity and debt, can lead to a more robust, better-diversified portfolio and potentially improved risk-adjusted returns.
