About Maria
Maria Nazarova-Doyle heads IFM Investors’ Sustainable Investment Team, which works closely across the organisation and the four asset classes, supporting the business by incorporating IFM’s responsible approach to investing and operating. Maria joined IFM in September 2023 from Scottish Widows, where she was Head of Responsible Investment and Stewardship. In this role, Maria was tasked with leading Scottish Widows’ customer pension investment proposition, and incorporating responsible investment and active stewardship principles into the investment design. Previously, Maria worked for Mercer, where she was Principal and Market Engagement Leader. She has also worked for JLT Employee Benefits and Capita Employee Benefits. Maria is a board member and policy committee member of the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association, amongst many other memberships.
